Last week, we received an enquiry from a middleman customer who had been commissioned by an end buyer and was in the market for a suitable used machine. Coincidentally, this customer happens to work in Xiamen, so we quickly agreed to invite him to visit us on Monday morning to discuss potential order opportunities.
To ensure that the meeting went smoothly, we prepared well in advance. From the selected catalogue of our products to the in-depth analysis of the industry trends, we tried to show our professionalism and sincerity in every detail.
In the meeting, we introduced our main product lines in detail, from performance parameters to application cases, one by one for the customer to make a detailed explanation. Subsequently, we analysed the pros and cons of second-hand machines in response to customers' concerns. We frankly pointed out that although used machines may have an advantage in price, there are often certain uncertainties in performance stability, after-sales service and service life. In contrast, brand-new machines offer a more reliable guarantee and create greater value for customers in the long run.
As part of the company's strengths, we shared the remarkable achievements we have made in recent years in terms of market expansion and customer service. These examples not only highlight our leading position in the industry, but also further enhance the customer's trust and recognition of our brand.
After in-depth communication and discussion, the customer showed great interest in our brand new machines. He said he would actively convey our views and suggestions to the end purchasers and try to persuade them to choose the brand new machine as a purchasing option. This shift is undoubtedly the best affirmation of our product strength and service level.
This visit not only deepened the contact between us and our potential customers, but also provided new opportunities for our subsequent business development. We will continue to uphold the principle of customer first, and constantly improve product quality and service level, looking forward to working with more partners to create a better future.
