Hi guys, this is Henry from CRUKING. Today we come to JINGONG factory to visit a special machine that can only be seen in a quarry. Strictly speaking, it does not yet have an accurate name. Some people call it Stone Handler, and some one call it Forklift Loader. So what kind of machine is it? Let's take a look. Ok, everybody. What you can see now is the machine I'm going to introduce to you today. This model is JGM791FT50KN, a forklift loader with 50ton loading capacity. It is mainly used in mines, especially in quarry, to realize prying, handling, stacking, loading and unloading of blocks. Compared with a normal wheel loader, it adopts special wet drive axle for large tonnage telehandler, radial tire for heavy-duty work conditions has huge load-bearing capacity, suitable for different complicated working conditions. Unique 8-linkage working device and vertical boom cylinder offer big lifting force and breakout force; double box structure boom has high anti-torque ability and high load bearing ability, which ensures stable lifting and good vision. Load sensing full hydraulic steering and pilot control system ensure convenient and flexible operation and reliable performance. And then let's look at its engine system. This machine is equipped with WEICHAI WP12 National III electronic control high pressure common rail engine. Common-rail electric-control fuel injection technologies not only increase the efficiency of the fuel consumption, but drop the engine noise and the displacement of exhaust gas. Next, let's look at the cab. The interior is made of composite materials, with standard luxury seats, air conditioning, reversing images, etc. In fact, before the official forklift loaders came out, people began to use truck cranes, excavators, forklifts, loaders (replacement of forklift attachments) to load and unload ore or lift stones. Although these non-professional "players" have certain operational performance and cost advantages, each has its own shortcomings. Regardless of applicability, cost, safety, etc., they are not as good as professional players — forklift loader.
