Recently, XCMG successfully delivered a green and intelligent product lineup including 4 unit XCMG XC975-EV pure electric remote loaders and 3 unit XCMG XE215GA remote excavators to a mining group in Southwest China, marking a solid step in promoting the modernization and green transformation of the mining industry.

The XCMG complete sets of earthmoving equipment delivered this time will focus on the efficient processing and handling of metal ore smelting slag, facing the harsh environmental challenges of high temperature, high dust and high pollution in copper smelting plants. XCMG XC975-EV pure electric remote control loader achieves a double breakthrough of zero emission and high energy efficiency with its innovative core technology of “three motors and no gearbox” and large tonnage advantage; and the 7-ton load and powerful lifting force of 195kN, together with excellent steering and climbing ability, ensure the maximization of operational efficiency.
Meanwhile, the XCMG XE215GA remote-controlled hydraulic excavator is powered by a six-cylinder customized high-power engine, which makes heavy-duty operation easy and reduces fuel consumption by 5% compared with the traditional model. The 22.5-ton operating weight can easily cope with the high-density materials under the metal smelting working conditions, and it demonstrates stable and reliable outstanding performance.
Remote control technology, reshaping the operating experience
The application of remote control technology extends the concept of traditional “cab” to the comfortable centralized control room, effectively isolating the harm to personnel from the harsh operating environment. Through the 5G low-latency dedicated network, the two XCMG remote control intelligent products can transmit high-definition video images and working condition data in real time, so that drivers can enjoy an immersive control experience indoors and realize precise and error-free remote operation. In addition, equipped with multiple anti-collision safety systems, it builds a solid safety defense line for on-site construction operations.
