On December 3, a confirmed customer arrived in Shanghai and arranged a visit to our company with the intention of advancing discussions related to an existing order. To make the most of the limited time, our team carefully coordinated the schedule and welcomed the customer to our headquarters for an in-person meeting.
The visit focused on a detailed review of the order, including key technical points, timelines, and next steps. Through direct, face-to-face communication, both parties were able to align expectations, address outstanding questions, and ensure smooth follow-up arrangements.

On October 11, ZOOMKIN welcomed a valued customer who had previously placed an order for a JAC forklift. As the production of the machine was nearing completion, the customer traveled to China to attend to additional business matters and took the opportunity to visit the factory to inspect the ordered equipment in person.
Upon arrival, the customer was warmly received by our team and guided through a comprehensive factory tour. During the visit, the customer gained a deeper understanding of JAC’s manufacturing standards and product reliability.

At the end of the year, we successfully connected with a new customer through Google and gradually established close communication via Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and WhatsApp. Through continuous exchanges and detailed proposals, both sides built initial trust and a clear understanding of project requirements.
As a trading intermediary, the customer later decided to visit Changsha to personally inspect the machinery and equipment of interest. He also expressed a strong desire to visit our company to better understand our operational strength and service capabilities.

On December 8, 2023, we had the pleasure of welcoming customers from Colombia to Shandong for a visit to the SEM factory.  After learning that they were already in China and planning to inspect other products in the region, we extended an invitation for them to tour the SEM wheel loader facility.
Given the customers’ tight schedule, arrangements were made to ensure the visit was both efficient and productive.  We picked them up directly from the station, shared a quick lunch together, and then proceeded immediately to the factory.
