On April 30, 2026, ZOOMKIN Company’s 2026 “Braving the Challenges: Xiao Hong Mao” New Employee Contest successfully concluded. The two-month competition was designed for new foreign trade employees, aiming to enhance their professional skills through practical training, accelerate their professional growth, and cultivate and retain outstanding talent for the company’s cross-border business development.

Throughout the two-month competition, participating employees actively engaged in and completed four rounds of assessments on various themes. The competition covered multiple components, including product listings on Alibaba International, an English email writing contest, English presentations, and VLOG demonstrations, comprehensively evaluating participants’ business acumen, communication skills, language proficiency, and innovative thinking.

In the Alibaba International Station product launch segment, participants demonstrated their product management and information dissemination skills; in the English email evaluation segment, they showcased their business communication and written expression abilities; and in the English presentation segment, they demonstrated their English proficiency and cross-cultural communication skills; In the Vlog presentation segment, participants documented their work and personal growth experiences to showcase their individual creativity and team spirit.

 

Through these various competition segments, the participating new employees fully demonstrated their professional capabilities and positive, proactive attitudes. At the same time, the competition provided employees with opportunities to learn from one another and exchange experiences.
