At the end of the year, we successfully connected with a new customer through Google and gradually established close communication via Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and WhatsApp. Through continuous exchanges and detailed proposals, both sides built initial trust and a clear understanding of project requirements.
As a trading intermediary, the customer later decided to visit Changsha to personally inspect the machinery and equipment of interest. He also expressed a strong desire to visit our company to better understand our operational strength and service capabilities. We warmly welcomed the visit and carefully arranged the itinerary, including a dedicated tour of the ZOOMLION manufacturing plant.
During the factory visit, the customer closely examined the machines and spoke highly of ZOOMLION’s product quality and technical standards. He recorded multiple videos on-site to introduce the equipment to his end customers, reflecting strong confidence and interest in moving forward with cooperation.
After the factory inspection, we held in-depth discussions with the customer, focusing on cooperation details, equipment solutions, and next steps. During the meeting, we introduced the company’s scale, international shipment experience, and successful delivery cases, while also reviewing the potential order progress. The customer shared his procurement plan and raised several key concerns, which were addressed in detail by our team.
To conclude the day, we invited the customer to dinner, providing an opportunity to continue exchanges in a relaxed setting. Knowing that the customer had a full schedule planned for the following day, we later escorted him back to the hotel to ensure a smooth and comfortable stay.
This visit further strengthened mutual understanding and trust, bringing the cooperation one step closer to realization. We look forward to continued communication and a successful partnership ahead.

Colombia Customers Visted SEM FactoryOn December 8, 2023, we had the pleasure of welcoming customers from Colombia to Shandong for a visit to the SEM factory. After learning that they were already in China and planning to inspect other products in the region, we extended an invitation for them to tour the SEM wheel loader facility.
Given the customers’ tight schedule, arrangements were made to ensure the visit was both efficient and productive. We picked them up directly from the station, shared a quick lunch together, and then proceeded immediately to the factory.
