Addressing these industry-wide challenges, SHANTUI deployed a smart integrated construction solution centered on its DH17-Gi2 intelligent bulldozer, SG19-Gi2 intelligent motor grader, and SR26-Gi2 intelligent roller. This suite of intelligent equipment provided a replicable smart pathway for the project's efficient advancement.

SHANTUI's integrated smart construction solution achieves seamless coordination between equipment, enabling efficient workflow integration throughout the “filling-grading-compaction” process. The DH17-Gi2 intelligent bulldozer utilizes high-precision positioning and control systems to maintain elevation accuracy within ±3 cm, eliminating the need for stake-out and string-line operations. This enhances operational precision and construction efficiency from the outset.
The SG19-Gi2 intelligent motor grader employs adaptive blade control technology to swiftly complete grading after bulldozing, effectively reducing process transition time. The SR26-Gi2 intelligent roller integrates autonomous driving with precision compaction control to ensure uniform, traceable compaction quality. This coordinated equipment set boosts overall construction efficiency by approximately 40% compared to traditional methods.
This high-efficiency collaboration is underpinned by the digital support of SHANTUI's Pangu Earthmoving Intelligent Construction Service Platform. The platform acquires high-precision terrain data through drone aerial surveying and, combined with IoT technology, collects real-time equipment operation status and construction parameters. This enables end-to-end digital management spanning construction planning, progress control, and quality traceability.
Project managers can monitor real-time construction progress through a visual interface, enabling timely optimization of resource allocation and work schedules.
