On May 31, during the 2026 LIUGONG Global Customer Day, LIUGONG officially unveiled its Zero-Carbon Smart Mining Solution. The company showcased intelligent equipment such as autonomous wide-body trucks and remotely controlled excavators, as well as green and digital solutions covering the entire mining process, providing global mining customers with a practical path to transformation.

At the event, two driverless and one manned DW165CE electric rigid dump trucks worked in tandem with a 9135F large excavator to demonstrate coordinated operations, achieving efficient collaboration throughout the entire “excavation, loading, and transportation” process. The solution supports mixed operations of manned and driverless equipment and can operate stably in low-visibility conditions such as rain, fog, and dust. Additionally, the equipment can collaborate with an upgraded 5G-enabled 135-ton excavator, further enhancing mine construction safety and operational efficiency.

It is reported that the demonstration equipment will be shipped immediately to a mining project in Xinjiang for deployment following the event. Currently, LIUGONG has delivered multiple batches of DW165CE rigid dump trucks to this client, which have been deployed in unmanned mining operations. The equipment has received client recognition for its reliability, safety, and low maintenance costs.

The newly launched zero-carbon smart mining solution centers on the concept of “Equipment + Energy + Intelligence + Services,” establishing a comprehensive mining equipment system that covers drilling, loading, transportation, and auxiliary construction operations. Additionally, LIUGONG has introduced a microgrid energy supply monitoring platform. Through renewable energy generation, energy storage, and intelligent management systems, this platform helps mining clients reduce energy costs and improve energy utilization efficiency.

In terms of intelligent technology, LIUGONG utilizes a digital platform to enable equipment operation monitoring, remote management, preventive maintenance, and operational optimization. This drives the deep integration of autonomous equipment with mining production processes, providing customized solutions for mining customers of various scales and operating conditions.

This year’s Global Customer Festival attracted over 1,200 guests from more than 50 countries and regions, with more than half coming from the mining industry. Numerous customers engaged in in-depth discussions with LIUGONG’s technical team on topics such as new energy equipment, charging and battery-swapping solutions, and intelligent management platforms, reflecting the global mining market’s strong focus on green and intelligent development.

During the event, LIUGONG also completed the delivery of its 600,000th loader. The 8110TE all-electric loader delivered on this occasion will be deployed in mining operations, marking a significant practical achievement in LIUGONG’s efforts to advance green mining development.
